Pragma Jiu Jitsu

My boys and I started our BJJ journey almost 10 months ago. We were in search of a gym we could train at and ended up finding so much more. We knew this would be our home from the first time we stepped on the mat. Professor Daniel has mastered balancing an environment for competition and friendship.

My daughter started Pragma Jiu Jitsu a few months ago and absolutely loves it. Professor Daniel is an outstanding instructor, patient, knowledgeable, and fantastic with kids. We’ve tried multiple youth activities in the Pflugerville/North Round Rock area, and the quality of instruction here is easily the best. The gym is spotless, legit immaculate (my wife is jealous because our house could never be this clean). I’ve also started taking the adult morning classes, and they’re both challenging and a lot of fun. Great atmosphere, great coaching, highly recommend for kids and adults alike.

Our son started BJJ here about 4 months ago and loves it! The overall environment and vibe at this place is beyond friendly and accepting! Everyone of the trainers and the professor are all super awesome and do a great job of making it fun for the kids but keeping them disciplined! My son's gotten much better in the short time he's been here. They also offer adult classes/workouts so it is most definitely a whole family gym. I did a lot of research on where to start him and this one wasn't the cheapest but without a doubt provided the best overall value! Couldn't recommend Pragma more!

I have got trained multiple Jiu Jitsu gyms so far. I bet Pragma is the best gym. Hard training, Nice people, Good instruction from Professor Daniel. I made my 8-year old son also started Jiu Jitsu a year ago and he has liked it in Pragma gym so far and he has become stronger. My wife is doing women kick boxing class waiting for kids Jiu Jitsu class. It is a good time managing system. I strongly recommend to just come and bring all your family to this gym and keep your family healthy!

My two kids absolutely love Pragma jujitsu! The professor is exceptional - he’s patient, dedicated, and truly encourages everyone to learn and grow. It’s been an amazing experience for our family. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn jujitsu in a supportive environment.
