One of the best gyms in Houston. Great coaches, they really take time to train you. Highly recommend if you are serious about training or about committing.

This is the BEST gym I have ever trained at. Coach Freddie and his sons are incredibly hands-on and genuinely care about every single person in the gym. From day one, you can tell this is a gym where they hold every student accountable — you get real coaching and real attention. The camaraderie here is amazing. Everyone pushes each other, and the coaches make sure you’re improving the right way. They don’t let you cut corners on workouts, they correct your form, and they actually hold you to a high standard because they want you to get better. Even though it’s a group setting, you still get a lot of 1-on-1 time with the coaches, which makes a huge difference. It feels personal, structured, and motivating. If you’re serious about improving and want to train in a gym that truly cares about your progress, this is the place.

The best gym in Houston to learn boxing 🥊, where the coaches always help you progress and correct your mistakes. I think it's 0 to 100 for a reason. Fredy is a great coach; you can feel like family there. Whether you're a professional or an amateur, you really learn a lot🔥💪

I’ve practiced mma & gone to other boxing gyms before I came here and can proudly say that no other gym in Texas maybe the USA compare to 0-100 boxing. Obviously when you start something you’re shy, tedious and nervous but from the moment you walk into the the club your treated like a brother and family regardless of what you look like or aspirations. This is by far one of the most competitive environments to be in but also one of the most connected places. The Rojas family connection with God spreads throughout the gym and regardless of how difficult life may get their faith stays strong and steady. They proudly and devotedly helped me prepare for my first fight and treat me like family everyday. If it wasn’t for them who knows if mentally and physically I would be where I am right now and am extremely grateful to be part of this gym. At first it may seem intimidating to take the first step into the gym but once you take the second you won’t want to leave. Highly recommended this boxing gym for mentally, spiritually and physically bettering yourself. It’ll change your life.
