As a guy in my 40s with a family, I sought to learn Mixed Martial Arts and improve my health. After exploring several gyms in Houston and taking trial classes, I discovered Elite MMA. Great place to train! Not only for the physical but for the mental benefits as well. I've been training here for about 2 years and I realized I feel less anxious in everyday life. Muay Thai training is a good stressor, and not much in life can replicate that. Training has helped me immensely. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a great workout, and a place to decompress. It's a great community where everyone wants to help you progress.

I took a class with Coach Dave and had a wonderful experience. He guided us through great stretches and helped me work on kickboxing basics that I really needed. The class was challenging in the best way and Coach Dave explained everything clearly. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back!

Elite MMA is an elite gym. My 8 year old son is been going for jujitsu since he was 3. I have been going for cardio kickboxing for 3 years. I will not recommend a better place for you or your child. They treat you like family. Best in Houston.
