I love this gym - both locations. There’s all of the equipment you need and can think of. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I hope they open more locations.

Facet Seven is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facility is clean, and the classes are top-tier. I have to shout out Stefani — the most amazing barre teacher ever. Her energy, technique, and ability to make every class both challenging and fun is unmatched. If you’re looking for a gym with incredible instructors, this is the place!

I originally started at the EaDo location but later found out about the Barre class at the Heights studio. I decided to drive a little farther to try it out — and I’m so glad I did. Stefani, the instructor, brings incredible energy from the moment class starts. She’s amazing, and as someone who works out 4–5 days a week, I thought I was in great shape… until this class proved me wrong! It’s challenging, super fun, and the main reason I upgraded my membership to unlimited so I can make it to every Barre class.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication our physical therapist (Robert Rojas) provided while treating our daughter for Osgood-Schlatter disease. When she began therapy, she had lost nearly 50% of the strength in her leg and was feeling frustrated and unsure about returning to the sport she loves—soccer. Over the course of three months, he worked patiently and consistently with her, designing a program that not only rebuilt her strength but also restored her confidence. He took the time to explain every exercise, the purpose behind it, and what progress we should expect, which helped both our daughter and us feel informed and reassured throughout the process. His patience, encouragement, and clear communication made a huge difference. By the end of her therapy, she had fully regained her strength and felt confident and excited to return to soccer. We truly appreciate the care he showed our daughter and the way he involved us every step of the way. We highly recommend him to any family seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate physical therapist. Thanks for taking great care of my daughter!!!!

Dear Team, The gym itself was fine; however, my experience during the tour raised concerns. The representative assisting me, Jose, appeared disengaged and unmotivated. His demeanor strongly conveyed that he did not want to be there, which was noticeable and off-putting. After returning home and considering the facility, I decided to move forward with a membership. When I called to ask how to sign up online, I was informed that enrollment must be completed in person. This information would have been important to communicate during the tour, as it directly impacts a potential member’s decision and time commitment. Having to make an additional trip is inconvenient, and clear communication upfront would have prevented unnecessary back-and-forth. Given that first impressions matter, I do not believe this interaction reflects well on your company—particularly from someone representing the business development or front-facing side of operations. I hope this feedback is helpful as you evaluate customer experience and staff training. Sincerely, Bree
