Stopped by to visit a friend of mine, Teddy, an instructor at this gym. Friendly sparring partners, clean gym, and welcoming atmosphere. Would love to come and visit again. Head professor greeted me when I left and also at the end for a goodbye after training for the day. Stop by and check this school out, I'm sure you'll love it. 🤙 Oss!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Jiujitsu Academy in West Houston Gracie Jiujitsu Houston has been an incredible experience for our family. Professor Jackson is an exceptional instructor with a huge heart and a level of dedication beyond imagination. His passion for teaching real jiujitsu and instilling strong values in both kids and adults truly sets this academy apart. Professor Teddy and Coach Rafael bring the same depth of knowledge and commitment. They teach not only technique and self‑defense, but also confidence, respect, awareness, and how to carry the values of jiujitsu into everyday life. The impact on our children has been remarkable. They’ve become more confident, respectful, sociable, and self‑aware since training here. Our daughter was adjusting to a new school, and the structure and support from the Gracie Houston team played a meaningful role in helping her adapt and get back to performing at her usual level. This is more than a gym—it’s a community that genuinely cares. I highly recommend starting your children in a jiujitsu program, especially at Gracie Jiujitsu Houston. The instruction and environment are truly special.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The coaches are AMAZING, the place is impeccable and we have all made truly great friends in here. There is a program for everyone in the family! My son started in the Juniors class, I then joined the Combatives program, my daughter joined the Little Champs group as soon as she turned 5 and now, a few stripes, belts and even certifications later, we are still going strong. Great workout for your mind, body and soul! Absolutely, 110% recommended!

I took one of the Women Empowered self defense classes on their free trial, and I was sooo nervous to start, but the Gracie team made it SO easy!! They emailed me days in advance and answered all of the questions I didn't even know I had, and made me feel so much more comfortable to start. Once I got there everyone was so positive and happy to help out the new members. The other women in the class were friendly and welcoming and were sure to include anyone new. I am not athletic AT ALL and it was still easy to follow along and keep up. It was such a great atmosphere and made me excited to be around such strong women!! Definitely going back for more classes!
