We are incredibly grateful for Haven! Z is an awesome coach, and my kids are learning so much. If you’re looking for a clean, professional gym to practice and learn BJJ at, you can’t go wrong with Haven. They have adults and kids classes, so there is something for everyone.

I am so happy to be able to enjoy martial arts here at this gym. The patient teaching and attention to detail from Coach Zo makes me want to keep learning and enjoying Jiu-Jitsu. Leading by example, Zo has developed and nurtured a culture of brotherhood and support in the gym. Whether you are brand new or an experienced competitor you are treated with the same respect by all. Also, I love how Haven offers Kickboxing and MMA classes to expand on our Jiu-Jitsu foundation. It is a phenomenal gym with unmatched leadership and community and I could not recommend it enough.

It's so cool to see just how well Haven fits to its name. From the aesthetics and cleanliness of the gym to the community that trains there. Coach Zo has done an incredible job creating not just a place to train, but a truly safe environment where people can grow, challenge themselves, and feel at home. It’s more than a gym. It genuinely feels like a Haven.

Great Academy. Very clean, welcoming and well laid out. Professor Nonso is an amazing instructor with many years of competition experience. He is very knowledgeable and a great roll. If your living in this area. This is definitely the place to train.

We have been going here for almost a year and could not be happier. The coaches are great with the younger kids and the adult class has been good for my teen building both his skills and self confidence.
