If I could give Professor Art Rivas and the team at Level-Up BJJ 10 stars, I would! They’ve built such an awesome community, and as a guy in his 40s re-starting my BJJ journey, they’ve made it welcoming and a ton of fun. It’s been challenging in all the best ways, and honestly, it’s gone way beyond what I expected. Oh, and their striking program? Absolute gold—some of the best stress relief out there. I’m pumped to get my son started in their amazing kids program.

As a local parent, I can't say enough good things about the BJJ academy for kids in Cypress, Texas. This place has been amazing for my children. From day one, the instructors have been incredible. They're not only experts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but also fantastic with kids. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, making every child feel welcome.
