Franco is a great hands on Muay Thai instructor who will put you to work! Easily one of the best sparring partners to learn from I’ve ever come across, and knows how to push his students to get the most out of them, more than even they might think they’re capable of. Much love Coach!

I trained with Franco for about 4 years. I was completely new to Muay Thai and he made me feel comfortable and safe while I learned the basics. I have always been a runner so contact activities were a change for me- Franco was insanely patient and thorough. It's obvious that he cares about the growth and development of his students and that makes training meaningful. He genuinely wants people to learn the skills and to understand how to apply them. I was able to build a sense of confidence in my technique and a great respect for the sport working with Franco. Muay Thai has a huge place in my heart because of him and I'm so grateful I found him as a trainer! If you are questioning whether Muay Thai is something you might be interested in, I seriously can't think of better coach to get you started!

Favorite Muay Thai gym hands down. I’ve been to lots of different gyms in different cities and Ronin is the best. There’s a solid community, great people, and traditional, Thai style instruction by Franco. He makes the gym accessible for all skill levels and pays attention to the details. There are plenty of positives, but my favorite is that Franco focuses on real techniques that actually work: straight punches, powerful kicks, piercing knees, and efficient clinchwork; no flashy stuff that requires a background in gymnastics and powerlifting to pull off. 100% recommend. Always look forward to training here.

I had tried other Muay Thai spots before but never really felt like I understood what or why I was doing certain moves. Franco has been the first coach who had been thorough and made sure you understood how to complete a movements and it’s more advanced variations later on. Great spot and great coach, could not recommend enough
