I have been training at this gym for over 4 years now and I would never dream of going anywhere else. This gym has everything from boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and even MMA classes for those who are serious about becoming an MMA fighter. We have multiple active UFC fighters, pro MMA fighters, pro boxers, and collegiate wrestlers (as well as a plethora of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts). Additionally, we have a HUGE women’s MMA team, so if you’re a female wanting to fight, this is your home. If you want to learn how to defend yourself, learn how to fight, lose weight, or just gain confidence in yourself - War is the place for you.
