I am blessed to be a part of such an amazing group of individuals. This gym has been a home away from home for not only my son but myself as well. When we started coming to the gym over a year and a half ago we had no idea that the impact the trainers and coaches would have on us. We are family 1st and fighters 2nd. The atmosphere is loving and playful however when it's time to get down to business the hard work can't be ignored. We have group sessions, one on one coaching, and individual workout options that include physical therapy amongst other perks. This gym gas truly changed our lives for the better. #Centralfamilyalways
