WOWOWOW!!!!!! I cannot even express my gratitude with this studio. Koleton and Nick are both incredible people with the heart and drive to teach kids of all ages (even adults) this passion for the art. My son has been in Karate for over a year and he is an incredible listener and follows directions at school and his other extra curricular!! Which have kids ages up to 14! He is the best listener and I believe Koleton and Nick have helped him with this self discipline and respect for others. 10/10 recommend getting young ones, old ones in karate. It can help in many ways and you get a wonderful staff who love your Kids!!!

My daughter gets so excited for her karate classes each week! They are so much fun for her, and I have the benefit of knowing that she is getting good exercise and learning important values. Fantastic studio! My children have learned many new martial arts skills. My favorite part is how much their confidence and self esteem have grown. Koelton and Nick know each student by name and encorage them to keep improving and learning new things. My son began in second grade and learned skills and advanced quickly. My teen daughter found friendships and inclusion almost instantly, even though she was an older beginner. We highly recommend this studio to our neighbors and friends.

Our whole family started taking classes a year ago and it has been a amazing experience! Our young kids have grown so much, not only in their skills, but also in their confidence. The coaches are wonderful. They connect with all the kids and have developed an atmosphere of respect, discipline, trust, kindness, and hard work. Great life lessons learned in addition to awesome moves!

Nick and Koleton do an amazing job teaching the kids a variety of mixed martial arts at the Sandy studio! They provide a fun atmosphere that my son enjoys and he loves attending weekly classes. They offer classes for all ages which is great if you have more than one child interested and want to sign them up. Great studio with great experience!
