I joined Legends Riverton about a year and a half ago. Since I've started I've lost 52lbs and learning boxing helped me quit smoking. If you need help getting up and moving, they will help you. Do you need someone to be a hardass and push you? They can do that! Do you respond better to encouragement and motivation? Well guess what..THEY DO THAT TOO. Come join up and you won't regret it.

Love it there. I enjoy the experience and the coaches and the other team mates. I’ve consistently stuck with a workout routine with the support of the great coaches. The workouts are challenging and I’m much stronger today than I was when I started. I’ve loved the experience. First class with Emma today (3/20). Her workout kicked my butt and it was great!

I went to legends boxing for my first class. Chaise was awesome, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I like the fact that I’m also learning a skill while getting a workout . The coaches are wonderful, patient and go the extra mile to help out. Cassedy and Chaise made me feel welcomed and took the time to show me the punching combinations on the bag. The whole culture and environment at Legends Boxing in West Jordan is supportive and friendly. If you’ve been hesitant or self conscious about stepping into a boxing gym don’t be. Legends Boxing in West Jordan will make you feel like you’re with a group of long time friends.Chaise and the Legends family are awesome !!

I’ve been attending classes here for 1.5 years and I still love it. The coaches really make me feel like a part of the tribe. All of the coaches are great. I started the early morning classes with Coach Tee and Coach Devin. Both are great and make the class enjoyable.

I started here October, 2023 and I have been going avdidly since and I haven't regretted one single thing, this place and boxing has changed my life for the better in so many different ways and while I could list the benefits of boxing, ill save you time to search it up for yourself since I would be just copying the AI and the AI will say it better but I can say that whatever it says is correct. The location is great, the coaches and management are all helpful, kind, funny and respectful, I never had one issue with any of them, they just want to see you get better and if you're wanting to get better, we'll then my friend, you just made their damn day. The classes are only 1 hour long but the workouts are great for boxing and bodyworkouts if you're into those things with some added weights every now and then however being able to use your body to workout is such a powerful feeling that you won't want to lift weights again since that gets boring/stale where here, the workouts are not boring, they are new every single day, you don't get bored, you get pushed and then class is over with and you will be in a state of pure euphoria that will want to make you stay and take another class, at least it did for me and you get to hit a bag! You actually get to hit something instead of throwing something or hitting someone IRL (which is not recommended by the ways) and let out any anger, stress, rage or even just to get in the motion of moving your body on the bag like a dance, how cool is that? I've never meet anyone in a bad or sad mood after hitting a bag, go hit a bag for 20 minutes or even more if you have the stamina and life will be easier than it ever was before. The social aspect here is really good, it's a great community and if you're into sparring here then you're in good hands because the people that spar are awesome people that just want to learn, grow and be better, no ego Andy's over here since no one can ever master boxing. Take one of their free classes, try it out, you lose nothing by trying, you only gain knowledge to see if it is or isn't for you and if you don't like it, if it isn't for you, that's okay, you'll find something that will work for you regarding working out, just keep going, time is going to pass regardless so you mind as well spend that time doing something as they say "get busy living or get busy dying". 🗣💪
