Many highlight the effective cardio and strength-building workouts that help them achieve fitness goals, such as improved endurance for activities like running. However, some reviews express serious concerns about staff flirting with clients, making women feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and note a lack of accountability from management when these issues are raised. Sooo much fun, some of the best workouts I’ve ever had. Was able to run a half marathon for the first time because of all the cardio. Coaches keep you more than the busy the whole time

Really enjoy going to legends and learning boxing. The environment is friendly and welcoming and the coaches are great at teaching and usually will say hi to you outside of class.

I love this gym. It has a great atmosphere and the coaches all work their personalities into the workout. Drew will come up with unique workouts and techniques, Julio will help you out with the fundamentals and Heidi will help you out with strength. I’ve only been going for 3 weeks so this all my experience and I’ve loved it. If you’re iffy about trying it out just go to a trial workout and they’ll treat you well.

If youre looking for a fantastic cardio/ strength building program that teaches you boxing fundamentals at the same time, you need to sign up with Legends Boxing in Orem. The staff/instructors are truly phenomenal! They're always friendly, motivated, professional and yet patient with all the members, especially with us that have never tried boxing. They are always striving to help each member, both male and female achieve excellence. I've only been doing it a month and a half, but because of how rewarding it feels at the end of each session, I plan on doing it for a very long time. I highly encourage everyone to try it out!

I tried a free trial at The Legendary Boxing Place in Orem and while the gym itself was clean and the workout was solid, I had an extremely uncomfortable experience with one of the instructors. He was relentlessly flirtatious during the session—despite me clearly stating I was married and had a child. He responded with comments like “ugh, you’re breaking my heart” and even offered to do another free trial, private one-on-one, “after hours.” I scheduled a session for New Year’s on purpose, hoping the gym would be closed—and thankfully, it was. They continued to blow up my phone for months after. When I finally replied and explained why I never came back, I received no apology or even acknowledgment. That silence says a lot. It’s disappointing to see a business that promotes discipline and strength not take accountability for making women feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What made it worse is that my best friend’s brothers have been members there for a while, and when I told them what happened, they weren’t even surprised. They said it’s pretty normal for staff to flirt with clients. That’s a huge red flag. A gym should be a place where people—especially women—can train and focus without having to deal with that kind of energy. That said, I do think the gym has great potential. The space itself is well-equipped, and I can tell that many people have had positive experiences here. I’m sharing this not out of malice, but in hopes that management will take these concerns seriously and create an environment where all clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to train without discomfort.
