This gym is the best! Aldo provides a great place to train at where students of all skill levels and backgrounds can come learn and grow their skills. His passion and knowledge of martial arts is extremely infectious and it really motivates his students to push themselves to become the very best they can. Whether one wants to learn gi BJJ, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, No gi grappling or tie them altogether in MMA, One Hit provides world class instruction to help one achieve their goals. There's a reason why the athletes here perform so well in competition. One of my favorite things is Aldo's karate background, it adds extra flair to his classes where you get to learn techniques not typically covered in kickboxing classes but are very effective in both sport and self defense. Another thing I love about this place is the other coaches and training partners, everyone is super friendly and easy to get along with - I've met many great friends here! I highly recommend One Hit for anyone interested in martial arts.

I’ve been going to One Hit MMA for the past four years now. I’ve been paying for one on one training with the owner Aldo. Aldo is a black belt in a couple martial arts, and has taught Many great local and national fighters. It has been an absolute pleasure starting my day off with him and this form of training. If you struggle with depression and or find yourself in a funk, take my advice and come to One Hit MMA, learn how to throw a proper punch and kick, and unleash your stress by punching and kicking bags and mit work with the master. It’s one thing to learn from a fighter, but most fighters understand how to brawl, but lack the understanding of what it means to be a ‘Coach’. A coach is someone that sees you for more then money, they see your potential and inspire you daily to towards this potential.

My son started with Aldo a few months back. Aldo has been amazing with him, teaching him from no real experience. He is the perfect mix of teaching techniques and teaching him to be physically tough and mentally strong. There are amazing fighters who train there and they have been very instrumental in helping my son’s progression. Very grateful to Aldo and the gym!

I put my son in Aldo and Gustavos classes about 4 months ago and I could not be more happy with this situation. they train 4 days a week and the coaches work really good together and my boy loves and looks forward to going. he has and is learning a lot and it is something he can take with him for life, the people in his class are great and it is nice to see him improve and try his best, I cant wait to see him improve over the years in this gym and I feel lucky to have found a place my son enjoys going to. I wish I had something like this gym growing up.
