I joined Rumble at the start of this year, and I've really enjoyed the experience! I am new to boxing, but Rumble is very beginner friendly. The gym is new, nice, and clean (important). The vibe inside the room is fun and energizing. Most of my classes have been with Logan and Brina. Both are helpful - demonstrating the exercises and offering suggestions for good form. They also provide extra motivation when needed! I would only suggest more 25lb weights.

Highly recommend! Rumble is an awesome workout that combines weight training with boxing. You really can’t go wrong with classes led by Meredith, Logan, or Brina - they all bring great energy and do a fantastic job coaching proper form.

I absolutely love the community here! Between working at Rumble Boxing Murray and taking classes myself, I’ve had firsthand experience with the incredible staff and instructors. The workouts are amazing—challenging, motivating, and always push you to be your best!

LOVE this boxing workout! It’s like exercising in a night club- dark room with the coach also a DJ. Great combo of half the class boxing on the bags and the other half weight lifting on the benches. The coaches are awesome, really high energy and fun. The owner and front desk employees are always super helpful and accommodating around purchasing classes in a way that works best for you. Equipment and location brand new. I would advise wearing protective ear buds to this and any other boutique fitness location as the sound levels are typically dangerously high to hearing loss levels. Overall I would highly recommend!

We joined as a family with our teen son, we really enjoy the boxing only class with Jessica. She is a great trainer, offering a welcoming and fun space, great feedback, and a challenging workout to focus on boxing technique. My son keeps signing up and we are so glad we found Rumble.
