Rumble Boxing
About
Rumble Boxing offers a dynamic fitness experience blending boxing, kickboxing, and MMA-inspired workouts in a supportive environment. The gym features a unique class structure that alternates between boxing combinations on bags and strength training with weights on the floor, creating a full-body workout that challenges both endurance and muscle development. Members appreciate the clear visual guides for movements, the motivating music, and the intentionally dimmed lighting that enhances focus during sessions. Instructors emphasize safe, effective techniques rather than flashy moves that could lead to injury, ensuring participants can push their limits confidently.
reviewsWhat Members Say
Members rave about the challenging yet fun workouts that effectively build strength and endurance through a mix of boxing and weight training. They consistently praise specific coaches like Ro, Matt, and Alex for being motivating, knowledgeable, and helpful with modifications. The supportive community, monthly activities, and personal recognition through cards and social media make members feel welcomed and celebrated. However, one member reported poor communication regarding medical clearance procedures, feeling ghosted after complying with requirements, though this appears isolated among overwhelmingly positive feedback.

My friend and I did our first class on Wednesday and it was hard but so much fun. We already signed up for another one this coming Wednesday and cannot wait! I absolutely adore Ro, he was a great instructor. The class was really hard, but doable and so many muscles that I’ve never felt before or so sore a day later so I know that it was a good workout. I don’t know if this would be everyone’s cup of tea, but they keep it pretty dark in the room, which I absolutely loved and the music was great. I really like how they have visuals for every movement whether you’re on the weight side or the boxing side- it made it really easy to know what I was doing! The vibes were awesome. The front desk staff were really kind! I signed up for some raffle like a year ago and they wouldn’t stop calling and texting me, but I’m so glad they didn’t give up on me because I absolutely loved it.

Great workout at Rumble! Alex at the desk is so friendly and helpful! Head trainer Matt is super helpful for nutrition as well as any changes you need to make to classes you’ve signed up for or your membership! Love the supportive environment that celebrates your wins! All the trainers: Ro, TK, Audrey, Sammie, cat, Kylie, ace, Matt are fantastic!! You’re going to get a unique and challenging class at any class! Monthly community activities make it so you can recognize and easily befriend anyone who goes! They help you feel seen by writing cute accomplishment cards as well as tagging you on social media!

This is the perfect workout that has helped me to build strength and endurance. The workout is a mix between lifting weights on the floor and boxing. Tip 1: show up 15mins early to wrap your hands and get locker etc. Tip 2: if you already have muscles, grab a dumbbell whenever they say grab the brass knuckles. Tip 3: I've gone heavier. Even if you're used to bench pressing, you can slow any movement down to a 3 to 5 count and it feels like the weights are doubled. I appreciate the instructors aren't making up moves that could cause injury. The classes are constantly moving and the time flies by. If you want a great workout THIS is your spot!!!

I love coming to Rumble for my workouts. It’s a good mix between strength training and learning more about boxing. I love the community that is here and how supportive everyone is of each other. I love all of the trainers I have worked with. They are motivating, fun, and help me learn so much. The workouts and the trainers have helped me to love working out again. I highly recommend Rumble!

I used to really enjoy coming here and was part of my morning routine. I do have seizures occasionally (about once every 6–8 months), which is normal for me, and I already have medical clearance to exercise which has nothing to do with rumble or exercising. I’m very aware of my limits and avoid activities. Seizure Disorder has NOTHING to do with exercising so this is absolutely ridiculous. Rumble required me to get medical clearance after having once, which I did—despite already having it—costing me additional time and money. After I provided exactly what they asked for, they completely stopped responding. The ghosting is what really annoyed me because it cost me time and money. I understand liability concerns, but if they were going to Ghost me regardless, they shouldn’t have made me go through the process of getting clearance in the first place. At the very least, I should have been refunded for the gloves I paid for about a month earlier since I wont be going here anymore, I wouldn't have invested in them. Other gyms offering the same type of workouts have been far more accommodating. The issue isn’t my condition—it’s the lack of communication and consideration after I complied with their requirements. Awful communication skills for a company.
