I feel so fortunate to have been doing weight training with Jessica. To start we did an evaluation. So she could understand more about my fitness journey. As I am new to this, she has been carefully correcting my form. To make sure I lift correctly , build muscle, and stay safe. Jess encourages me to workout and build my core. I have seen great improvement . But she also listens to areas I would like to work on. I have 3 joints that have been replaced. She is helping me strengthening those joints. My sessions with Jess are always positive. She keeps track of weight and reps. I love working out with her!

I love TKO! This studio has always been the best motivator for reaching my fitness goals, and I always have such a blast working out with my fitness fam. Jess has been such an amazing instructor. She always listens to us and makes sure we are pushing ourselves while still being safe. I also love that we have members at every level and support each other at every class. 🔥🥊

I have been doing these classes for seven years and I have made a lot of friends in these classes . The great thing about kickboxing is the trainer Jess, she is very knowledgeable about what she teaches . She knows the right and wrong way to do it and is able to help you when you need help . There hasn’t been one single class that I’ve been to that we haven’t laughed , the classes are a great way to get in shape and learn something that you probably don’t know about kickboxing I believe that if you take a few classes you will get hooked on kickboxing and you will meet some great people . Come check it out 🥊
