I had my first Yoga class ever here at Tria and it was amazing! The workout was great and there was this amazing flow to the workout that felt it was all connected. Misty was a great instructor. Excited to go back and try the boxing and the spin class.

I absolutely love this gym. Having boxing, biking, and yoga all in one place is a game changer—it truly takes care of the entire body. Whether I need a high-energy workout, cardio, or something restorative, it’s all there and perfectly balanced. The facility itself is beautiful - clean, thoughtfully designed, and just an inspiring space to be in. On top of that, the staff and owners (Becky and Becca) are warm and friendly and the coaches are energetic and create a welcoming, supportive environment that makes you actually look forward to showing up! I’m so grateful! Come join! It’s so worth it!!

I am so glad to have found this gym! I am taking boxing and yoga classes offered at Tria and I am loving it. Chris is an incredible boxing coach--skilled, patient, encouraging, with a way of explaining technique that really clicks and helps you improve quickly. He's funny, too, and I will absolutely continue my training with him! I took Kylier’s yoga class yesterday immediately after boxing, and I think it's safe to say I will be taking boxing and yoga classes consecutively now every chance I get. Kylier was so personable, kind, and creative in his teaching approach; I especially loved that he incorporated ecstatic dance and sound bowls at the end of class. He brings such an energetic yet grounding energy to the space and I look forward to many more of his classes. And shout out to the rest of the staff who have all been so easy-going and welcoming! I highly recommend this gym. Come train with us!
