Unified Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

I often travel to the area and John has always been welcoming me to train at Unified. Everyone here is very friendly and I only have respectful rolls here. This is a great place to train and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a gym.

Unified Brazilian Jiu Jitsu offers the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes I have ever experienced. The coaches are incredibly patient with my five-year-old daughter, and they even have a dedicated female coach who is warm, professional, and attentive. The environment is outstanding, with clean mats and fresh air throughout the facility. Parents can sit on an open platform to watch the entire class, allowing children to see their parents, which gives them a strong sense of security. The classes are reasonably priced and of exceptional quality—absolutely worth it!

I dropped in today for the Saturday morning women’s class while traveling. Prof Helen taught a great class, showing techniques that were a great mix of simple and fundamental, while still being effective at a high level. I learned some details that I haven’t seen before, and I’m excited to bring those back to my training at home. Unified’s hospitality was great, simple paperwork to handle the liability release, no drop in fee, and they have free lender gis and belts! There is an open mat after women’s class that I stayed for part of. The energy was great, everyone was super friendly and encouraging, and rolling safely. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend for someone looking for a place to train regularly or while traveling.

We absolutely love it here. Coach John and all the instructors are so helpful, kind and really push the kids for greatness. They also are very understanding about normal human things coming up. We tried a different place first and it really didn't feel like a good fit but we really love unified.

I think for sure that this is the best Jiu Jitsu gym in Utah they give you a lot of mat time 2 hour long classes one half for drilling and the other half for rolling there’s many talented people on all levels to train with and the community itself is very welcoming. Come to this gym
