Have been attending since September of 2024. Instructors are awesome and friendly here. Great training, great skills, and great people. Highly recommended. I plan on attending for years to come.

I have absolutely loved training here! I started in an intro course then signed up for 2 more years, and I'm sure I'll be renewing after that as well! Everyone there is really great! The instructors are knowledgeable and very friendly. They really spend a lot of time working with everybody. The other students are also really nice and when you're new, the more experienced students are very helpful and welcoming. I've learned a lot since I started there and try to go as much as I can. One of the things I love about the setup of the program is how I can choose to go to whichever classes on the weekly schedule I want so that I can make it work with my schedule.

I absolutely love training here. I’ve been to a few other gyms and this one is by far the best. Everyone is so welcoming, the structure of the class makes it easy to learn, the instructors are helpful, and the owner is perfect. Such a nice guy and so talented. You can tell he loves what he does and I’m sure that’s why this gym is so incredible.

Their Kids Krav class is awesome! They are super patient with my son who has ADHD, and it’s really given him a goal to stay focused so his teachers will sign for his belt test! I want to take a class one day! The self defense is awesome looking! There has been a big influx of kids into the program lately. I’m hoping that means they will offer different choices for classes so it’s easier to make schedules work with my kids other extracurriculars! All the teachers are amazing!

Fantastic place to learn and be taught. The instruction is very clear, easy to understand, and very helpful. They adapt the instruction to all levels of ability and understanding. They are patient, knowledgeable, very friendly. The cost is very reasonable and easy to arrange. They have a great app to allow you access the requirements, class schedule, and hours. We have had no issues finding classes to attend that meet our schedule, meeting with instructors, and getting the support we need. I would recommend Unified to anyone who is interested in learning self-defense and would like to get in better shape.
