Great gym! Clean, welcoming and fun. Jake is a great coach! Himself and Coach Neil are very knowledgeable and make learning easy and enjoyable. They work very well with both kids and adults!

This gym is a great rolling environment; super welcoming and friendly. Definitely would be at home for any experienced grapplers, and even more welcoming for beginners. Great place to learn violent yoga!

So I moved back up to Hampton Roads area, after being away for 12 years. While I was away I started training and that gym was like my second family, and I've been looking to recapture that feeling. Since moving back, I've been to gyms all over the area looking for the vibe I left behind. This is the first place I've felt that vibe again. I've only attended one class so far, but I got there early and saw Jake with the kids class. I was super impressed. Jakes kept the dues super affordable as well, which is an added bonus.

Beautiful facility in a great location. Jake was extremely welcoming, and the environment was both comfortable and spacious.
