I have two kids in this wrestling group and they absolutely love it. The coaching is excellent, and my kids have learned strength and discipline as well as gained confidence. The head coach is exceptional, and there are several assistant coaches that are just as skilled which keeps the athlete to coach ratio reasonable. Highly recommend.

The Falls Church Force is an incredible local wrestling club. Both my son and daughter have grown up in this club. They have learned much more than wrestling technique; they learned discipline, patience, camaraderie, and self-efficacy. Our coaches are kind, committed, and knowledgeable.

My 6-year-old son just completed his second season with the Force team, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we've made. The coaches are fantastic—not only do they teach wrestling skills, but they also emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship. My son has learned so much, and we truly appreciate how well the coaches work with kids of all ages. We're so glad to be part of this amazing team!

We recently moved to Falls Church and were recommended to Force Wrestling and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, organized, and dedicate a lot of time and effort into the kids and helping them learn not only the sport of wrestling but of good sportsmanship and hard work.
