Been training here for a few months now and my skills have improved drastically. I have improved more in months than I have in years at other gyms. Chet is a great instructor and coach and will do everything in his power to make sure his students are successful. I highly recommend trying this gym out if you are looking for a great place to try out Jiu Jitsu or if you’re looking for a competitive gym to further your skills.

I travel for work and in my travels I get to train at a lot of different gyms. Of all of the gyms that I have trained at this one has to be the best so far! So much talent, a great environment, and all around good people at this gym! I cannot say enough good about this gym. If you’re in the area make sure you go train with these great people!!!

Best NoGi BJJ school in all of tidewater. Literally won Naga All around team/Nogi championship. Best quality of BJJ i’ve seen in a long time. Not some weird culty vibe either. Everyone is friendly I love this place, I’d sleep there if my wife would let me. I have to make an excuse to my girl everytime i come home late after training.😂😮💨😮💨

Great place to learn JJ. Very knowledgeable instructors and safe place to train! I am a 2° black belt and seek out the instruction from Heel Hooks Jiu Jitsu.
