I love this place and I bring my son when ever I can. All the coaches are amazing especially coach night. We are blessed to be here my son is only 5 and the fundamentals training is second to none

My son started wrestling at Legend consistently about 6 months ago. His skills have rapidly improved thanks to the deliberate and methodical coaching from Coach Ray and Coach Ian. The knowledge and expertise that the coaches bring are absolutely unmatched! My son is a much more confident wrestler now. His technique and form have improved dramatically because his bad habits were corrected. The coaching staff is always attentive to ALL wrestlers in the room. The expectation in the wrestling room is that everyone is paying attention and working hard at all times. Coaches don't allow kids to mess around or play around- it's just not tolerated. Frequently, college wrestlers from George Mason volunteer as assistant coaches as well. There are a lot of opportunities for wrestlers to get direct attention from a coach in every practice. One of the best things about this club is that the wrestlers get high quality instruction year round instead of having to wait for next wrestling season. The club teaches folkstyle wrestling but also teaches freestyle and Greco-Roman in the folkstyle off season. This is the first time in my son's wrestling career that he truly looks forward to coming to practice and wants to devote the time and energy to get better. He is seeing success on and off that mat that can be directly attributed to his experience at Legend.
