This place is THE BEST gym to get a great workout in, learn a traditional martial art (Muay Thai), and have fun while.doing so. The team at SHIFT and the entire community makes you feel welcome and like family, whether it's your first Headstart class or you most recent conditionng for a fight. Young, old, totally fit, getting fit, experienced with combat sports, or first timers...everyone is welcome at SHIFT! I started my 1st class in August and now it is my go to for fitness and stress relief. Try it out, you won't be sorry!

This gym is the real deal. The coaching is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in your growth—whether you’re a complete beginner or training to compete. The atmosphere is tough but welcoming, with teammates who push you to be better while still respecting where you’re at. Classes are well-structured, technical, and intense without being reckless. You can tell the coaches actually care about safety, fundamentals, and long-term development, not just beating people up. I’ve grown physically, mentally, and technically since joining. If you’re looking for a place to train Muay Thai or MMA seriously while being part of a solid community, this is the gym. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend SHIFT enough. I was nervous about starting martial arts in my 40s, but the coaches, staff, and students here are incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They truly care about helping me get a great workout while continually improving my skills. The variety of class options and times makes it easy to fit training into my schedule. If you’re thinking about giving SHIFT a try, I’m confident you won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym; the coaches, the atmosphere, the equipment, the people. It feels like my home away from home. The energy of everyone trying to be 1% better than they were yesterday is super motivating. I’ve never left without feeling better than when I walked in. My only complaint is that I can’t be there more. Coach John teaches a well-paced and easy to understand introduction course. I’m looking to take private lessons soon. I will be with this gym for a long time and recommend it to anyone trying to level up their striking, their discipline or overall fitness. And you’ll probably make some friends along the way.

Fantastic MMA gym with experienced coaches and an amazing community that welcomes everyone, no matter your background or skill level. I personally had little to no MMA experience before joining in August, and the Head Starter course was perfect for building a solid foundation — from learning proper form to understanding basic combos and movement. After completing the Head Starter, you transition into the wider range of classes Shift offers — all of which will get your heart racing and have you dripping in sweat by the end. The camaraderie here is second to none; everyone pushes and supports each other to get better every session. I joined to learn how to actually fight, improve my cardio, and meet like-minded people — and Shift has exceeded every expectation.
