Virginia Beach Fight House has been a total game changer for my son. The growth in his confidence, self-esteem, and overall attitude has been incredible to watch. Not only has he gotten in great shape, but he’s also becoming more disciplined, focused, and mentally strong. The staff is absolutely top-tier — hands-on, professional, and genuinely invested in every single student. The coaches don’t just “run classes” — they build these kids. They know how to push them, encourage them, and develop them at the perfect pace so they’re constantly improving, staying motivated, and never becoming complacent. The environment is positive, structured, and empowering. You can tell this place is about more than training — it’s about growth, character, and confidence. I can’t recommend Fight House enough for both kids and adults. No matter your age or skill level, this is the place to be if you want to get stronger physically and mentally!

Both my boys (7 and 9 year old) attend the youth wrestling practice. All the coaches are extremely professional, they keep the boys motivated and fit! Highly recommend if you are looking for a family feeling and amazing staff.

We have three kids attending wrestling, boxing, and kickboxing classes. We have had a wonderful experience at VB Fight House, and have been attending about 1.5 years The coaching staff is phenomenal working with young children and we couldn't be happier. We have recommended this gym to everyone we know!

My son has been with VB Fighthouse for 1.5 yrs now and these coaches have been Phenomenal!!!!! The coaches communicate well with everyone, parents and fighters included! My son isn’t just a wrestler, he’s family! Thank you Mikey and fellow coaches for making us part of the VB FIGHTHOUSE FAM!
