My fiancée and I love this gym. The trainers (we met Ali and Jeannie) are so welcoming and guided us according to our different levels of experience with kickboxing. The workout can be as intense as you’d like because of the 9 round format, and we both feel accomplished and very sweaty afterwards. Overall, great people and fun way to get fit!

Made sure I came for a trial before committing and I don’t regret it. This is a great workout in about 30 minutes. The team here is great and supportive. There are refreshments and personal products if needed. Great place to come, build your personal fitness lifestyle. fun and challenging.

This gym has helped my fitness so much. Lost weight, gained muscle, feel healthier. Trainers are great, and it works perfectly for beginners through hardcore fitness people. Very fun community.

This is an amazing place to work out, especially if you find a regular gym boring or unmotivating. The trainers actually guide you through the workouts, give helpful tips, and keep you motivated the entire time. You move at your own pace — whether you want something intense or more relaxed — but you’re never left on your own. Time honestly flies by compared to a traditional gym. Even though it’s about a 20–25 minute drive for me, it’s 100% worth it every time. The staff is incredible, the facility is very clean, and the space is large enough that it never feels overcrowded. There’s convenient parking nearby as well. They also offer a great trial so you can see if it’s the right fit before committing. This is the only location left in the area, so I really encourage people to support it and give it a try. They have great hours and are open late, which is perfect if you get off work later in the day. Highly recommend!

This is the most efficient and effective HIIT style workout I’ve ever done. The owners and trainers are welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. Without set class times, this workout works for anyone’s schedule, and it feels so empowering to punch and kick the heavy bags. Bonus: the parking lot right next to the studio has free parking and the first workout is free too!
