Alpha Martial Arts

I was referred here by a friend, and from the sign-up process to my first class and beyond, everything has been fun and professional. I came in with a little bit of experience, and the instructors were able to quickly identify my skill level while ensuring both my safety and that of other members. What I appreciated most was the obvious commitment to creating an inclusive environment. Although every instructor has their own style, you can tell everyone operates from the same core principles. Despite being called "Alpha" Martial Arts, there's absolutely none of the toxic, overly aggressive gym ethos that can sometimes infect martial arts spaces. The members reflect the same positive attitudes as the staff, and I'm very happy my friend referred me.

I realized that I recommend AMA to other parents in casual conversations quite regularly but somehow never bothered to leave a review online. My son has been part of AMA for over 5 years now and it's been a perfect fit for him. I'm impressed with the Karate side of things but even more impressed with how they help develop young leaders. My son has seen someone a little older than him with qualities to look up to each step of the way and I think that is what makes AMA special

We absolutely love Alpha Martial Arts. Our daughter started in the little dragons group during kindergarten, and has been with the center for over a year now. Since starting martial arts, we notice she is so much more confident, independent, and aware of her body. Beyond the physical and mental strides martial arts have made in her character, she now has something new that she can bond with her father about. It is very sweet to see our daughter spar with her father after she learns new moves. We absolutely adore Alpha Marital Arts. The instructors and kind, caring, and motivating. They make learning fun!

They are an amazing team and so good for the students. They teach with love and respect and teach the same. I cannot recommend them enough or what they have done for us. These are not just classes this becomes so much more a beautiful community and even deeper a family. We love being a part of such a great team.

Kickboxing at this gym has become one of the most important parts of my week! I love my class and instructor, it’s a great workout and such a fun skill to learn. I work my full body, and my back pain (due to muscle tension during the workday) has disappeared. Punching and kicking is the best catharsis no matter what is happening in the world.
