Really chill gym with great and safe training partners. Dropped in while in town on business and they were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

This is the only cool place in Seattle. The only third space where you build a real community. At the intersection of the major transit lines- the Link and the street car. They transformed me from zero skill into someone who walks freely through downtown at night. Diverse and welcoming. No egos. They don’t hand out promotions easily which is how you know it’s legit. I left Seattle but swing by when I visit because it’s so good.

Been training here for more than a year and I can say it is one of the best gyms in Seattle. The vibe is very welcoming and friendly. Facility is clean and well maintained (very important!!). Instructors Phi and Tuan are top-notch and always willing to put in the time to help their students. Lastly, my favorite part of the gym is the ecological aka CLA based approach to training.

I was referred by a friend and tried the free trials at Identity Jiu-Jitsu. Started with the beginner program and found the coaches to be helpful and patient. The community is welcoming, and the nogi class, though intimidating at first, turned out to be fun, especially with their ecological class design. The coaches are always looking to improve the class experience. Great gym overall!

I have never played a combat sport in my entire life and now I am almost a year in this gym. I don't pay for any subscription except this one lol. The people are just sooo nice and kind. They want the best for your growth and teach you how to find your style and what works the best for you. They consistently seek feedback to improve your experience. There are always community events that you get to know each other better. It feels both a place for growth and nourishment, both physically and mentally. If anyone gives it a try, please come say hi to me! I am there 3 nights a week usually. :)
