I can't say enough good things about this gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt like part of the family. The facilities are very clean. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but they are also fantastic at explaining techniques in a way that is easy to understand. It's a very supportive and encouraging learning environment. As a woman, I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable from day one. The instructors and training partners are all respectful and supportive.

The staff at OSS Brazilian Jiu Jitsu were very friendly and welcoming. The instructors were patient, friendly, and thorough when explaining the next drill or when teaching proper technique. My son had so much fun he signed up to learn more. We are so excited for this new adventure and happy to be part of the OSS Brazilian Jui Jitsu family.

Top notch instruction for my 12 and 14 year old. Outstanding instruction for me (40 years old). Felt welcome from day one and staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym.

Love the women class!! The coaches make it easy to learn as a beginner and continue to to do so. I started off joining a self defense class then eventually decided to join the women’s class. The coaches take the time to break down the moves and explain things to you so you can better understand the moves. I recommend this class or any of their classes. Adult, women and kids class.

Has an Instagram account that they stopped accepting messages on. The phone number goes to voicemail and the message says to text but they don’t respond to those either. A gym potentially run by someone who isn’t a black belt. Sad that you stop accepting messages when a traveller reaches out they shut off all communication.
