Stray dogs club has an amazing kids program that we absolutely love. the coaches are great with our 3yo daughter and 4yo son. our kids can't wait to go to class and practice BJJ and Muay Thai. They have a family friendly atmosphere and your kids will feel a part of the pack from day one! We've been going for 4 months now and we are definitely lifers at this point. I'm personally going to start training BJJ here as well! I hope to see you here!

I've been training here for about 6 months. I started with their free women's class on Sunday nights and quickly fell in love with Muay Thai! I can't say enough good things about the coaches here. They are fun and make you feel very comfortable while teaching you good technique and pushing you to do your best. My confidence is growing and my waistline is shrinking. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

Roger and the rest of the crew down at Stray Dogs Club has to be some of the best mentors around. They constantly push people to be their best but do so with respect and compassion. Walking through their doors has to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. There truly isn’t enough good things I can say about Stray Dogs Club. If you’re on the fence about showing up, just come in and see for yourself what a top notch facility they’re running.

Great gym with great people. Whether you want to compete and push yourself, or just roll and learn at your own pace, the community here welcomes it all. Roger is a great and attentive coach, and Professor Jericho makes lessons super intuitive. Love it here, definitely check it out if you're on the fence to starting your own Jiu Jitsu/Muay Thai journey!

I can’t say enough good things about Stray Dogs. The owner, Roger, has created a welcoming and encouraging school that supports a wide range of students. Coaches are highly qualified and encourage students to challenge themselves, be safe, and mentor students that are less experienced than they are. Stray Dogs has an old-school focus on learning fundamental skills that are brutally effective in self-defense and competition, so if you’re looking to learn fancy-schmancy moves to show off on social, you’re out of luck--no InstaGrapplers here! Classes can be INTENSE, so be sure to go at your own pace and listen to the coaches. There’s lots of different classes to pick from: adult beginner and advanced jiu jitsu, muy thai, wrestling, mma, women-only jiu jitsu and muy thai, and private classes. The kids jiu jitsu program is particularly well supported. So, if you’re up for a challenge and are ready for the best work out of your life, drop in to one of the regular classes. Show up a few minutes early so you can sign the waiver and get fitted with loaner gear if needed. First class is free! (I’m 200 pounds of grizzled construction worker and everyone here can legitimately submit me including the older kids. I’m not joking, the moms are particularly vicious. Have I mentioned what blast this is?)
