Trained here for around a year. The morning classes were at a perfect time for me and it's a good way to start the day. The facility is clean, the class size is just right to have a good variety of training partners as well as more personalized assistance. If you're in the area and want to train, this is the place to go.

I love how patient, yet, gently stern the coach is with the kids. He helps the kids stay on track, to be respectful to one another, and helps them through all the techniques, while giving every one of them praise. Highly recommend!

Their kids program and adult sessions are great! We love the dynamic from the coaches and the students and how they help each other out teaching. Would recommend their classes!

I am so happy I chose to enroll my kids here. The coaches are excellent. They’re so patient, clear, encouraging, positive, and devoted to helping each child excel. Coach Dave consistently goes above and beyond to make the kids feel empowered, confident, and safe. My kids have only been coming for less than three months, and they have learned so much, and their confidence in all areas of their lives has skyrocketed. My child with selective mutism has even begun speaking confidently in school. My only regret is not starting a lot sooner.

The instructors here are really good with the kids and break it down great for them to understand. My son has been going for over a year now and enjoys it! I even decided to give it a go and love it also! Not only is it something for my son and I to bond over, it’s also a great workout! Everyone is so welcome that it has quickly become one of my favorite places and I consider them all friends! I would highly recommend checking them out and trying the free week trial, see if it’s the right place for you. I guarantee the staff and the students will make you feel comfortable and at home!
