World class. Instructors and community are skilled, dedicated, sincere, and generous. This goes for Kwan himself, but also some of the instructors he has trained. Systema itself is valuable and relevant, and Systema USA is probably one of the best places in the world to learn. Both newcomers and veterans are challenged appropriately.

Systema USA, under the humble leadership of Kwan Lee, allows one to explore the many aspects of this unique martial art, from Systema's natural movements to its sustainable breath work. As an instructor, Kwan is truly gifted and remains a life long student himself. Kwan encourages all to participate in his classes / workshops, while he delivers the content at various levels to maximize learning for all the students' levels of experience.

Kwan is one of the most accomplished martial artists on the planet, and almost certainly the most accomplished you'll ever meet in your lifetime. He's also a fantastic instructor, and knows exactly how to deliver teaching and training to students at all levels. And all the community members are respectful, kind and generous. I can't recommend System USA highly enough.

I live in Pennsylvania but periodically travel to the Seattle area on business. I always try to make a class. Kwan is a true Master Instructor of Systema and his students are humble and gracious. The Seattle area should feel fortunate to have access to such a great school. Remember what Confucius said “a journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step”. Start your journey this week!!!
