Team Wise Training Center

The lineage of this training facility is legendary. I trained with Professor Wiseman when he first opened his doors. I made huge gains back then when bjj was hard to come by. The lessons learned were instrumental to my development as a young man. Amongst coaches, there are levels. The highest of all achievements is training ones son to follow in difficult footsteps. This building has a world-class training environment. The training is serious yet welcoming. Don't be scared you can change your life in this building. I still have fond memories of the governors in my mind that we're shattered by attending these classes.

The coaches, people and training at Team Wise Training Center are beyond amazing. The coaches are the very best I've ever had the good fortune to train with. They take a personal interest in each and every student and give them the best training they'll ever receive. And more than just a gym, they have created a true family where we each care for each other, work hard together and expect the best of ourselves and the great people we train with.

Words can’t express the love and appreciation my husband and I have for this gym. This gym is my family. I’ve found best friends here along with my Husband. I’ve been here over 5years now and everyday I am here pushes me to be the best version of myself. The coach’s inspiring way of teaching moves you to focus on the details, and you have fun doing it! Coach Wise and Riley have not only opened their arms to me but have also treated me like family. Everyone always wants the best for me and pushes me in the best ways. My husband and I can’t wait for the next steps in our journey in BJJ and the Strength and Conditioning class. During a competition, I overheard the coach refer to another student as weak, and it seemed he was unconcerned about being overheard by the opponent. As a mature adult, it is important to understand the feelings associated with both winning and losing.
