Our whole family trains at Tenzan and we LOVE it. Our 11yr-old daughter has been training for 18 months now. She has a blast, all while learning to feel confident comfortable using her body and channeling her aggression. She enjoyed it so much, my wife and I tried it out 6 months ago and now we're hooked too - we both train multiple nights a week and are loving these "adrenaline date nights." Prof Keith is incredibly skilled as a practitioner and a teacher and we love being part of the community.

Tenzan Jiu Jitsu has literally helped my son grow into the confident, resilient, and down to earth young man that he is. Professor Keith has skills to teach Jiu Jitsu in an accessible way. And just as importantly he shows his students by example and through encouragement and meaningful conversations how to move through the ups and downs of competition and life while staying grounded and humble. The Tenzan community is also incredibly supportive and we have made lasting connections and friendships with parents and siblings.

My son (8yr) started going here more then a year ago and I love seeing him enjoy the "gentle art". He was really afraid of it but after watching couple classes he decided to give it a try. Professor Keith really knows how to talk to kids and get them motivated and interested. I have joined recently myself and it been a highlight of my day. It really good schools and have a very supportive but straight and to the point teachings! It also does feel like a local team and it's great to see the kids/adults compete and support each other.

Tenzan Jiu-jitsu is a wonderful place for those beginnings their jiu-jitsu journey or those with more experience. Professor Keith meets you where you or your child(ren) are at. He is intentional and teaches clear concepts. This gym has a welcoming atmosphere while inspiring and supporting athletes that want to compete at a high level. We are extremely thankful for the all the wonderful training we have received over the past two years!

Both of our kids train at Tenzan Jiu Jitsu, and we couldn’t be happier. Keith is an exceptional teacher who creates a positive, respectful, and motivating environment for the students. The dojo emphasizes both personal growth and skill development, with opportunities to compete for those who are interested. It’s been great to see the team bring home so many medals—a testament to the quality of training and community here.
