I have taken power reformer, reformer Pilates and all out strength. Instruction for all classes has been detailed, clear and individualized as needed. All levels have been accommodated and welcomed. The reformer workouts are mindful and powerful, with a classic feel and plenty of challenge. Strength class was engaging, approachable and well-programmed with the right amount of personal attention and feedback to be safe and successful. I am finishing my 2-week intro and I look forward to continued training with Tribe!

I've had an amazing experience at Tribe fitness! The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always ensure that each class is both challenging and enjoyable. The studio is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment to work out in. I also love the variety of classes offered, making it easy to find sessions that suit my fitness goals and keep things exciting. I would highly recommend Tribe, specifically Jaina’s Reformer classes, to anyone looking to get serious about their fitness in a comfortable, welcoming way. The studio is clean and large, and everyone who works here is sweet and takes the time to ensure you’re doing what’s best for you. Love love love this place!!

Jaina was so welcoming and made sure to show me everything I needed before class started, and checked in after! She’s great at correcting form and is so checked in with everything. Definitely feels more my speed than some other gyms I’ve visited. Thanks Jaina!

I have taken the Pilates Light Reformer class and I love it! Most importantly, I feel safe and supported. I go at my own pace with the instructor available to guide me when I am challenged. Love this work out!
