I've been training here for years. The instructors are great and the personalized lessons really help leveling up your skill. I love the fact there are a bunch of other schools around the Seattle area, since you get exposed to instructors who are able to bring a lot of different perspectives and nuance to the material which help all the students become better, well rounded martial artists. I've had a great experience and will be enrolling my daughter when she's old enough.

My daughter Sarah has been attending classes at Zen Dragon for the past few years. I am so grateful to Master Jennifer, Sensei Raven, and the rest of their amazing team for their dedication. Sarah absolutely loves it and is always motivated and inspired by everyone there. I’d recommend them to any parent interested in starting their child’s martial arts journey!

My family and I really love training with Zen Dragon in Crown Hill. Over the years all four of us have joined. My daughter started us out nearly 8 years ago followed by my wife, son, and eventually myself. Training helped my daughter build confidence early on in her training. He helped my son become more patient. Prior to stating, I threw out my back a couple of times. Since doing karate and strengthening more core I’ve reduced the severity and all but eliminated issues with my back spasming. It’s also just been a wonderful community and a lot of fun for my family.

ZenDragon martial arts has been great for my 9 yr old son who has been going there for about a year. The teachers are kind, cheerful and provide a great learning environment. He has been progressing through the belts as well. They do a blend of martial arts with some modern techniques and seems very practical. They have fun activities, trial classes etc

We love Zen Dragon!!!! Our son has been coming since he was 3 (now 7) and now our daughter (3) has just started!! We love the focus on foundation, community and building strong minds and bodies!! The Sensis’ are great, especially with children who are young and starting out (and maybe need a bit more attention and direction!) and we love the fun events like Ninja night where they can bring friends!
