reviewsWhat Members Say
Members describe the gym as having a beautiful, well-equipped facility with modern Technogym equipment and a clean, safe environment, though some report issues with maintenance like broken water fountains and missing amenities. Praise is given for the staff's friendliness and the comprehensive offerings, but significant concerns arise over difficult cancellation policies, automatic contract renewals, and inconsistent customer service, including reports of rude or unhelpful employees. Specific complaints include early closures of basketball courts, lack of hot water in showers, and challenges with teenage patrons disrupting workouts, while positive experiences highlight the gym as a second home with excellent equipment and tracking capabilities.

Very nice & elevated sports venue! New ownership has placed all new Technogym! You can track your progress by an app on your phone! Super clean and well maintained. One of the nicest facilities you will find in the Tri State area! Walking trail above the basketball courts. Clean restrooms and locker rooms. Boxing arena. Batting area. Tanning beds and Wood Sauna. Event space for wedding parties-birthdays-Zumba classes and more! Plenty of parking and well lit. Super safe area. Gasoline and shopping nearby. Very blessed to have this beautiful facility in town. Lots of quality work inside and out. No detail has been missed. Staff is at check in and can provide more information on membership and such. Enjoy!

*Edit* Came back in hopes new management would fix the last issue as this place has tremendous potential. I was wrong. Again. No hot water in the showers ( won’t even replace the ripped shower curtain). When asked if they were going to ever fix the hot water, the desk clerk said probably not. The items you see on their website, such as tanning beds etc, do not exist. They have none and will probably never get them in. It’s almost as if the owner just wants to drive it into the ground for tax write offs. Stay clear and move to another establishment that provides the basic amenities to its clients. For four years I had a family membership here. Kind of run down but it was nice and peaceful. About four months ago, unruly teens started to show up in the evenings on day passes. They were screaming and running around the free weight section, slamming weights and machines etc. The high school students that were employed there during the evening times, just looked at them and walked off in their phones. They were either friends with them or didn’t have the confidence to go up and ask them to leave. So, I stopped working out there but kept my membership for my daughters. Fast forward to about w month ago, my daughter starts telling me the teens working the front desk are always rude and kind of snobby. Didn’t think much of it. Today, she calls me and tells me her friend can no longer get a day pass because she is under 18 and they have changed the rules and increased the day pass rate. I get it. You have to protect your equipment and investments, but when I show up to cancel the membership, the guy ( I’m thinking the manager ) asks why. I told him and he tells me no one was rude to my daughter. First off, you aren’t there most days so you have no idea. I’ve seen the recordings on my daughters phone. It happened. He then explains that they have an issue with an unknown group of students that come in and destroy the equipment in the evenings and they can’t figure out who it. I get that as well, in most cases. There are cameras on site. Use them. Perhaps get rid of the teens working the evening desk so that they don’t feel pressured to kick out classmates etc. I’m not saying the place is garbage by any means, but if you have teenage kids that truly workout and don’t go to the gym to destroy things and show off, it may be wise to check elsewhere. I really hope the management of this facility gets things in order :(

This gym won't let us cancel after our 1 year family membership contract ends in 3 days. They say it will automatically renew forever. We went in to cancel before the new year and they informed us that we are never allowed to cancel in our lifetime except for 2 reasons: if we have a medical release or if we live 30 miles or farther away. When we signed up we were never told that this is a lifetime contract till death do us part. Our bank is also helping us. This is not only ridiculous it is criminal. The facility is not well maintained. It would also be nice if they cleaned it more regularly. And I don't expect someone to be cheerful at all times but just one smile or greeting after I walk in would be nice. They just sit there with their chin cupped in their hand like they're bored with us while they inform us that we have signed our life away and may never cancel till death do us part. The customer service here is unmatched, the worst of the worst! UPDATE 2/14/22: An employee called 3 weeks later to inform us that our membership has now been successfully canceled. He said the employee must have been mistaken. He said you have 30 days of each year to cancel otherwise you are automatically locked in for another year which you may not cancel until the next annual 30 day period. I just had a baby but I was there On Time to cancel my membership but it didn't make any difference. The employee told me IN PERSON right there at the front desk that I was never allowed to cancel. He made it VERY CLEAR. I personally believe they are going back on what they said because of this review and because I called the Better Business Bureau. The way they do business is not fair at all. The contract renewal should not be automatic and then you're trapped for another year. You should have to sign up for another year just like the first year or be allowed to cancel anytime after the auto renewal. Life happens. But this place doesn't care about its customers. They are THE WORST.

I spent a fortune on the membership here to play basketball, and then they began to close the courts everyday at around 5:00. Unless i skipped work, it would be impossible for me to play. I also love how whenever I called ahead of time to see if they were closing early, they said they were open all day but whenever I showed up, then they informed me that they would be closing early. Waste of time, waste of money. The water fountains don’t work at all, so make sure you bring your own water if you waste your money on this poor facility. It’s also nearly impossible to cancel your subscription here. I strongly advise to not spend ANY money here.
