Noah has been participating in Chosen Black Belt Academy since he was 4 years old. I started him there to get him ready for Kindergarten to help him follow directions and to work with other children. It was the best decision ever, now at 11 years old he has grown into a confident and strong young man. The Academy is like a family, with the instructors being caring and supportive. This is an important aspect and one of the reasons we are still there 7 years later.

I’ve been having a fantastic experience at Chosun Black Belt Academy. The instructors are not only skilled and professional but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they make sure everyone is learning, improving, and having fun along the way. The classes are well-structured, and there’s a strong focus on discipline, respect, and personal growth—both physically and mentally. I’ve seen a big improvement in my confidence, strength, and focus since joining. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in taekwondo.

I'll start with saying we love everything about Chosun. Our son has been going there for 4 years and we've only had positive experiences. Master P is incredible and such a positive presence and role model. All of the staff are incredible and you can really tell they have a passion in teaching the students. So many things are taught, not just martial arts. We've seen so much growth from our son in focus, awareness of others, self discipline and confidence. There are so many resources available to the student to practice outside of class as well. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are truly so friendly and personable with both students and families. Even my son's grandparents often say how glad they are that we found Chosun and come to watch classes often. The staff is so great about holding students accountable and remaining firm with expectations but leading with kindness. Chosun offers so many after hours events for the kids to foster the friendships they make during class. It's a great opportunity for parents to have an evening to themselves for a date night! We highly recommend Chosun Black Belt Academy to anyone looking for an extracurricular activity that truly makes a difference to not only the students but to the families as well

Our son has been going to ChoSun Black Belt Academy since August of 2020 when he was only 4 years old. He is now 8, and in the final steps before black belt testing. When we started at ChoSun we wanted my son to learn some self control and how to harness some of his endless energy. He has since learned that and so much more. We are so lucky to have Master P, the other instructors and black belts as positive influences in our lives. We are so pleased with the structure and high expectations included in each class. On top of that, my son has been able to meet life long friends through class, friendly competition, tournaments and Friday night events. We are so thankful for everything that Chosun has taught and given to our family.
