I really learned a lot while attending this class. The instructors were so fun all of the techniques that I learned I will utilize them if I ever have to thank you guys for being so professional, helpful and answering all of the questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is in need of self-defense classes

Took this self defense class along with coworkers during a three day training. The instructors are great! They were helpful, supportive and very patient with the class. I’d highly recommend these guys for your public safety/self defense needs.
