J. K. Lee Black Belt Academy -Hales Corners

Ive been working out here with my whole family for about 3 years now. My wife with 3 little girls and I regularly attend classes. I really like the versatility the classes are. They really are family first with emphasis on kids. Master Hein is A great mixture of gentleness yet firm. he knows how to keep kids from as young as 4 to 18 focused. I would recommend this place for any person of any age. He also knows how to Challenge is also to se great. Thank you! Plisung 🙏🏾

My 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter have been loving their experience learning taekwondo. They love seeing what they are capable of when learning new moves and techniques and they have gained confidence and self awareness in the months that they have been participating. I love seeing the look of pride that they have when they successfully move up to a new color belt. The classes are mixed with all ages, abilities and levels and the instructors are great at explaining things and building confidence. They made friends very quickly with a very supportive community amongst the students in their class. There are opportunities for being more involved with special events, celebrations and activities.

Super fun for all ages. It's been a huge part of my life learning awesome kicks and techniques here. Everyone is kind and respectful and the leaders are top notch, even among martial arts schools.

JK Lee Black Belt Academy in Hales Corners has been absolutely life-changing for our family. Master Hein and Master Lee are incredible role models—our kids genuinely love them, respect them, and truly don’t want to disappoint them. Their leadership, consistency, and high standards bring out the best in every student. Since starting the program a year ago, we have seen drastic changes in our kids’ behavior, determination, and self-discipline. They used to give up easily on challenges, but now they push through obstacles with confidence and resilience. Instead of quitting, they set goals and work relentlessly toward them—especially their goal of earning their black belts. This program teaches far more than martial arts; it builds character, confidence, and perseverance that carry into everyday life. We cannot recommend JK Lee Black Belt Academy highly enough. It’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids

The instructors at J.K. Lee does a really nice job of reinforcing discipline, acts of kindness, and self-control. The skills the kids are learning are lifelong skills. Highly recommend.
