Stop by here to do a class while i was attending the tattoo convention professor jon and the guys where very welcoming and the class was excellent I truly recommend anyone who is traveling to do a class there . Thank you professor jon and all the team there for the rolls and hospitality. OSS! Jiujitsu for life !!will be back next year.

This academy and its (team) members have affected my approach to training and life for the better. The training is patient, deliberate, and intentional. The rolling partners are respectful of varying skill levels. It's my home away from home!

Top notch school. I dealt with both Jon and Lily. We did the family program which is an amazing deal. Being brand new to the city, Lily took the time to ease our worries by going above and beyond to make us all feel comfortable with info about the area. Having been around Jiu Jitsu for almost 30yrs, I’ve always heard great things about Jon. And he as well as his team live up to all of them.

This was one of only 3 places in the city to learn jiu jitsu. Now 19 years later, there are 10-15 places, and so many others have closed. Neutral ground has withstood the test of time, and it gets better every time I go.

I've heard really good things about this gym and I'd be willing to give it a try. However, as a total beginner and middle age person, I am feeling very apprehensive about learning BJJ as the potential for injury is high. Any thoughts???
