I have been going here for 15 years and I have loved every minute of it! Not only has it been good for self-discipline but fitness as well. You will learn a traditional curriculum in tae kwon do and tap into other martial arts as well. It is also a very diverse and inviting environment.

Both my sons do Tae Kwon Do here. Excellent instructors. Low pressure, fun place to learn martial arts for the kids, yet high skills for adults who want to take it to that level. Wish I had the time to go myself. This is not your typical franchise "karate kid" martial arts studio. Here it is more about learning the art.

Something that I personally admire at Northern Blackbelt Institute is that you only get promoted when you put in the required amount of time and can prove that you have the skills to back up your level. In addition, your pain tolerance and self-defense capabilities go through the roof.
