I have been training and working with Red Wing for 3 years now. I was looking for self defense classes and coming here I feel more confident in protecting myself and just general health. A great place for men, women, and children! Matthew is a great coach and teacher and will make you feel comfortable. We are a family here. 💪🏼

This is a top notch academy with qualified martial arts instructors. This academy is so much more than just teaching self-defense.
