Tai chi taught with precision, patience and authenticity. I have sciatica and have tried everything. Tai chi is the only thing I have found that actually helps. Also a great form of meditation. I would advise everyone to at least try it.

Now that i have a bit more time, I decided to try some self improvement with Tai Chi in real time at their location on E. Locust. Yes, this is fun! And help me refine my balance, discipline, & strength with low impact exercises. Weekly sessions for 6 months! More comments to follow as I progress!

I have been coming here for 10 years, and absolutely love it! When I started, I had chronic migraines and joint pain, and now the migraines are under control and the joint pain is gone. I started at the T'ai chi center to learn martial arts, and ended up conquering my chronic pain.

I've been practicing here for 3 years. There are a lot of good people here all focused on bettering themselves and bettering others around them. The more you put into it, the more it gives you back. Mike says you don't just learn Tai Chi, you become it. I believe this school will help you sincerely to travel that path.

Just what I was looking for... Authentic Tai Chi. I've been attending weekly classes for five months - very happy with the instruction and especially happy with the culture or vibe of the whole place. Serious and fun, genuine and unpretentious.
