My kids have been training here for eleven years, and I couldn't imagine our family without this community. I even started my own journey to black belt when I was 39. We now have 4 Black Belts of varying degrees in our family, my oldest is the best instructor on the floor (in my humble opinion), and my whole family has developed incredible communication skills and discipline that my kids think is normal. Come in, take advantage of the trial membership, meet the team and fellow martial artists and see if it's a good fit for your fitness and personal growth goals. We love True North! The instructors are amazing with kids - patient, encouraging, and great role models. Mr. Hansen is truly one of a kind and he knows every student who walks through the door. Our child’s confidence and focus have grown so much since joining. Highly recommend!

My son started here as a little ninja when he was 4 years old. He is now nine and his next belt will be a black belt. The entire staff at Tru North treats every member with respect. As students grow in the martial arts program they become confident respectful kids. I would highly recommend TruNorth to any person period. Keep up the good work team

We’ve had our kids in a lot of different activities and we believe that True North has been one of the most positive experiences of all. From the individual attention to each member, to the extra activities such as Trunk or Treat, Parents Night Out, the tournaments, and the summer program, it’s been a very positive experience all around in our kids’ development. Mr. Hanson, the instructors, and the staff have all been fantastic! We really appreciate the attention to many important life lessons, as well as the awesome karate!
