I’ve been attending Wild Boot Camps now for 1.5 years and it’s made such a positive impact on my life both mentally and physically. This is the longest I’ve successfully stuck with an exercise routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The Wild community is so supportive and I find myself motivated to be accountable to the trainers and my peers. Wild boot camps are a judgement-free zone with knowledgeable, creative trainers that focus on form and safety. We have a new workout plan every class with a good balance of strength and cardio. Each class I can decide if I want to push myself or modify the exercise to meet me where I’m at. The studio is clean and has great equipment. I am so grateful to the Wild community!

Wild Workouts and Wellness has helped me achieve fitness goals I would have never thought possible ten years ago. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and can tailor small group sessions to meet a diversity of client needs and skillsets. The community and coaches alike are incredibly supportive of and encouraging to one another. Very few things can get me up and out of bed at 5am three days per week. This is the top reason I do so!

I've been going to Wild for almost 7 years and love it! It's like recess time for adults with all the toys (equipment) we use. I barely notice how hard I am working because I'm having so much fun. The coaches design workouts that are challenging but they offer modifications so I can work at my level. They also make suggestions about my form, encourage me to try heavier weights and help me get the most out of the bootcamp. They keep me wondering what they will dream up next - AMRAP, Tabata, or TGU with champagne. The camaraderie of coaches and clients keeps me accountable and is a big part of why I love Wild Workout and Wellness. Regularly attending Wild classes has improved my strength, flexibility, stability and confidence. I use Wild workouts to compliment my PT sessions for a shoulder injury and knee pain. In the attached picture I proudly wore my Wild shirt as I hiked the Himalaya Mountains of India. I was able to enjoy the trip partly due to the training of my Wild workouts.

I used to be a fitness guru pre Covid and fell off during the pandemic. Wild Workouts & Wellness has legitimately helped me learn to love exercising and taking care of my body again!! Nicest community of trainers and clients, couldn't be happier!

This was my first boot camp with Wild, led by Ken - what an awesome experience that left me sweating and working harder than I expected to catch my breath! It was 45 minutes of rotating between different strength stations, with cardio in between, and I felt it. This is a great combination of strength, cardio, and instruction with conversation and laughs when we had the ability between sets. Awesome gym, great people to work out with, and a really fun instructor. I’ll be back!
