I was very nervous before attending my rial class. I’m in my thirties and hadn’t trained anything in a very very long time. Not only was Sean super welcoming and supportive, but the MVP title goes to Trinity. Her experience and skill in the art shined through her patient and supportive teaching style. She really paid attention to my questions and took the time to answer and explain while still keeping time. She taught my class extremely professionally and efficiently. Signing up because of how professional the team and space are kept, and the other students are really nice as well. 10/10 highly recommend

I moved to north Austin to be closer to Ambush and will be staying here for the same reason. There is no higher quality training around. From complete beginners to literal pros you see on the big screen, they train here because the coaches meet you where you are in your journey and show you the tools you need to grow. Technique, friends, fighting aspirations, safe sparring, cardio increase, strength & power, accountability, or just hitting pads hard… it’s all at Ambush. Also, the Kids program is out of this world. They are the most respectful group I’ve ever seen. And they’re wayyyyy better than me at Muay Thai. The curriculum Dr. Coach Jenna has created is bar none. Shout out to coaches Elton, Jenna, Trinity, Shawn, Jackson, AJ, Jesse, and Andrew. I’ve taken privates with a few of these coaches and will keep going back. The 1x1 time will speed up your progress exponentially if that’s what you’re looking for.

This gym is amazing. I’ve been coming here three times a week for about three months, and I can’t say enough good things about Ambush Muay Thai. The coaches are great — very knowledgeable and encouraging — and they help everyone improve at their own pace. I wish I had a gym like this to go to when I was a teenager, but now, in my forties, I enjoy coming here just as much. This gym is for everyone, from beginners to advanced. Everyone is welcomed into the open and supportive community.

Went to ambush Muy Thai for an intro class by recommendation. I have never trained in Muy Thai, just takewando when I was younger with no other reference. Whoever is reading this: If you have that itch to try something different or just get back into Muy Thai, Ambush is the place to do it. The gym is an amazing place with a great environment and amazing coaches. I had coach Vivian and coach Andrew during my intro class and they were both super knowledgeable and good at teaching complexes things with simplicity, and have both competed so have real experience. Overall I’d recommend anyone to try and take an intro class and see if it’s for you! Thanks again Ambush team! I t
