I can’t recommend Haystack enough- the whole family can get a workout and Kru Meier has an absolute gift with people. He sees the potential and is patient, encouraging and welcomes all new pepper generously. You will be so glad you found Haystack Muay Thai!

My daughter did Muay Thai lessons here and loved it. Kru Scott Meier is very knowledgeable in the sport and I love the way he teaches the kids. Always keeping it fun, but also instilling discipline and respect. Highly recommended.

We have been here a year and are very happy with the experience for our son! Kru Meier is a wonderful and caring instructor who is instilling values of discipline, respect and physical fitness. Haystack is a great community and is reasonably priced. We recommend it!

Could not say enough good things about Scott and this gym. He’s a great coach and this is a great school. Lots of families so your training can vary in Muay Thai. But overall great classes and instruction in both Muay Thai and Kickboxing. Scott will make you sweat in two minutes and make simple counting very difficult!
