I have been a student for many years. I cannot recommend Sifu Sheehan and his authentic, honest and thorough instruction enough. I particularly enjoy health building aspects of the training. Sifu Sheehan offers an incredible depth of knowledge on martial, mental, emotional, spiritual and health training. If you are looking for the "real thing," look no further.

My son recently started training with Sifu Sheehan, and I can't express how impressed I am. I've been looking for the right place for him for a couple of years, researching different options around town, but nothing felt like the right fit. By chance, I came across this establishment while dropping off paperwork for Dr. Sheehan at work and noticed the Arnis card. I did some quick research, but more than anything, I had a strong gut feeling that this was the right place, and I was right. The experience, dedication, and genuine care here are exactly what I was looking for. My son is 100% engaged and actively learning in every class. Thank you!

As a long-time student at the WCMA, I highly recommend the training. Words fail me when I try to elaborate on the effect this training has had on my life. Not only have I learned much about self-defense, but I am a better teacher, husband, father, and community member thanks to all I have learned and applied. I hold tremendous gratitude for Sifu Sheehan and for the students with whom I work.
